Background
HDA President Kathleen J. Howard, M.B.A., M.Ed., has a Masters in Business Administration in the area of Organization and Management and a Masters of Science Degree in Education in the area of Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation.
She is currently an adjunct faculty member for Keuka College teaching management and online courses as well as a consultant to profit and not-for-profit organizations. She has over twenty years of work experience as a manager and trainer. Ms. Howard has developed several dozen different staff development interventions and taught workplace courses to over 30,000 employees.
